cup flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp dry yeast ⅓ cup warm buttermilk (or water) 1 tsp avocado oil (optional)

Method:

Mix flour, salt, and yeast together. Add warm buttermilk and oil. Stir until it forms a shaggy dough. Knead for 12 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest 2040 minutes (longer is better if you have time).
